1. Refunds and Returns for Change of Mind:

• We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect choice. Please ensure you carefully select your products before confirming your purchase. Draft Surf does not accept exchanges. 

2. Defective Boards:

• We offer a 14-day return policy for boards that are defective or have manufacturing faults. If you believe your board has a defect, please contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue.

3. Design Assets:

• By purchasing from Draft Surf, you agree to sign off on all design assets related to your order. This includes but is not limited to board specifications, custom designs, and any artwork or graphics provided.

4. Colour Discrepancies:

• Please note that colours displayed on our website or promotional materials may appear differently in person due to various factors such as screen settings and lighting conditions. We strive to provide accurate representations, but slight variations may occur.
