   • Free shipping is available to major USA airports only via air freight.

   • Delivery is to the airport’s cargo terminal, not to residential or commercial addresses.

   • Customers are responsible for collecting their shipment from the designated airport.

3. Airport Availability

   • Eligible airports include major international and domestic airports within the USA.

   • Airport selection is subject to freight carrier availability and may vary.

4. Customer Responsibilities

   • Customers must provide accurate personal identification and documentation required for cargo pickup.

   • Any additional handling, storage, or terminal fees charged by the airport or freight terminal are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Packaging & Handling

   • All custom boards are securely packaged by Draft Surf for air freight transport.

   • Draft Surf is not liable for damage caused by third-party carriers after dispatch, though support will be provided for insurance claims where applicable.

6. Production & Lead Times

   • Standard custom board production times apply.

   • Shipping times vary based on airport location and carrier availability.

7. Exclusions

   • Remote airports, non-major terminals, and international routes outside the USA are not eligible.

   • Additional charges may apply for oversized or specialty builds.
